Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Full Arms Waxing.

Most clients enjoy smooth arms for three to six weeks, depending on hair growth cycles and individual hormone levels. Regular waxing can extend time between sessions as hair becomes finer. We recommend scheduling appointments every four to six weeks for optimal maintenance.

Some sensitivity is normal, especially during initial treatments, but discomfort is brief. We use quality wax, proper technique, and soothing pre- and post-care. Arrive clean, avoid caffeine beforehand, and consider a topical numbing cream if you’re particularly sensitive.

Ensure hair is about a quarter-inch long for effective removal. Exfoliate gently two days prior to prevent ingrown hairs, avoid heavy lotions on the day, and wear loose clothing. Inform your technician about medications or skin issues before waxing.

We advise against waxing over open wounds, sunburns, or active rashes. For sensitive skin, we perform a patch test and use gentle wax and calming aftercare. If you have a skin condition or are on certain medications, contact us first for guidance.

Avoid hot showers, saunas, intense exercise, and direct sun for 24–48 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers and avoid exfoliation for two days. Apply aloe or a calming lotion to reduce redness and prevent irritation as the skin recovers.

Most clients return every four to six weeks, depending on their hair growth rate. As waxing continues, hair typically grows back finer and sparser, which can extend intervals. We’ll recommend a personalized schedule after assessing your first visit.
