Avoid sun exposure, exfoliate gently two days before, and trim hair to about 1/4 inch for best results. Avoid heavy lotions on the day of your appointment. Arrive clean and communicate any sensitivity or medications to your technician for a comfortable Brazilian Plum Wax.

Yes. The plum-based formula is formulated to be gentler than traditional waxes. We perform a patch test on first visits, adjust temperature and technique, and recommend aftercare to minimize irritation. Discuss allergies or medications with your technician beforehand.

Most clients enjoy smooth skin for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth cycles. Regular appointments can prolong intervals and produce finer regrowth. Timing varies by hormones, age, and aftercare routines.

Any waxing can risk ingrown hairs. Our plum wax and professional technique reduce trauma, and we recommend exfoliation, moisturizing with non-comedogenic products, and avoiding tight clothing immediately after. We also offer advice and treatments if ingrowns occur.

Ideally hair should be about 1/4 inch (a grain of rice) to allow the wax to grip. If hair is longer, we will trim it for you. Too-short hair may need to grow for a week before waxing.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense exercise, and tight clothing for 24-48 hours. Apply a soothing aloe or recommended lotion, exfoliate gently after 48 hours, and use SPF on exposed areas. Contact us with any persistent redness or discomfort.
